Hospital del Alma is a healing center that practices traditional medicine, located on a farm surrounded by nature. We were founded on the belief that true transformation is not found outside, but rather on the journey each person takes inward.
We have been working with the ancestral medicine of Yagé (Ayahuasca) for more than a decade, accompanying processes of healing, liberation and inner discovery. We are not a recreational or tourist center: each process we facilitate is an invitation to discover yourself, at your own pace, with the support of a team committed to your well-being.
We believe in personalized attention, small groups and comprehensive support before, during and after each experience. Here, before being a client or patient, you are a person who deserves human and respectful treatment.
A Center born of experience
It began with a vision. Its founder, Mares Jesús, is a musician and a traditional practitioner of Yagé—Ayahuasca medicine—with over a decade of experience guiding healing and personal transformation processes.
His journey with medicine began as a personal quest. He did not come to it by chance, but was called by something deeper. Over time, that experience became a commitment: to create a space where others could live their own process of inner discovery and healing in safety, intimacy and respect.
For Mares, love is the substance on which consciousness navigates, and illness is not something to be fought, but rather a guide that points us back to ourselves. It is this understanding that shapes every process undertaken at the Hospital del Alma.
