Weekend Ceremonies in Colombia
Your first approach to traditional medicine. You arrive on Saturday afternoon, share the ceremony with a small group (maximum 20 people) and the next day you participate in an integration circle guided by our team. Ideal if you want to explore without a long commitment.

Jesus Seas, is a traditional doctor of the Yagé medicine with more than a decade of experience. His vision founded El Hospital del Alma: a space where every person can discovering herself through ancestral medicine, with respect, intimacy and real accompaniment.
Our team includes ceremonial facilitators, integration companions and support in rehabilitation processes. Every person who receives you at Villa Rosita is committed to your well-being.

Is it safe to participate in an ayahuasca ceremony?
Yes, as long as it is done with experienced facilitators and in a controlled environment. Prior to your arrival, we conduct an interview and health questionnaire to ensure that the process is right for you. There are medical contraindications that we evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
Do I need previous experience with medicine?
No. We receive people who are approaching us for the first time as well as those who have already had previous experiences. The important thing is your disposition and your willingness to live the process.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes, personal hygiene items and whatever you need to feel comfortable. A detailed list will be sent to you after your registration.
Is ayahuasca legal in Colombia?
Yes, the ceremonial and traditional use of ayahuasca (yagé) is recognized and protected in Colombia as part of the cultural heritage of indigenous peoples.
What if I am taking medication?
It is essential that you inform us about any medications you are taking, especially antidepressants (SSRIs), as there are potentially dangerous interactions. We evaluate each case before confirming your participation.
Can I go alone or do I need a companion?
You can come alone or by yourself. Most of our visitors arrive unaccompanied. From the moment you arrive at Villa Rosita, you are with our team.
